مراسم برزگداشت روز بسیج کارمندان بسیجی و تحلیل از بسیجیان چهارمحال و بختیاری در ساعت 10 تا 12 روز سه شنبه به میزبانی پایگاه مقاومت بسیج شرکت ابو فاضلاب با مدیریت مهندس خدابخشی در تالار امام خمینی دانشگاه ازاد اسلامی واحد شهرکرد برگزار شد در این مراسم پس از تلاوت ایاتی چند از قران کریم با سخنرانی سرهنگ انصاری فرماندهی بسیج کل ادارات شروع گردید در این مراسم سرهنگ انصاری با خیر مقدم به حاضرین و تجلیل از مقام شامخ شهیدان و همه بسیجیان دوران مقاومت بالاخص یاد و خاطر شهدای هفته دولت شهید رجائی و باهنر را گرامی داشتند و به ماه رمضان و فضایل این ماه پرداختند وی خاطر نشان کردند که در این برهه از زمان دو موضوع مهم و حساس را برشمردند که خلاء ان در جامعه محسوس و سفارش نمودند یکی نگه داشتن یاد و خاطره شهدای بسیجی را که ما مدیون خون شهدا هستیم و با استفاده از وصایا و گفته ها و عملکرد شهدا ؛ سر لوحه کار ها و زندگیمان قرار بدهیم و بومی سازی وصایای شهدا که بتوانیم در ادارات و سازمانها ست و در مدیریت ها و برنامه های اجرایی از نقش و عملکرد شهدا در دوران حیات مقدسشان استفاده کنیم
و بکار گری ظرفیت های کارمندان بسیجی در ادارات اشاره نمود که استفاده از این ظرفیت در جهت تسری و سرعت در استراتژی و تحقق اهداف است ما بتوانیم این ظرفیت که مصداق و نماد برتر از نظر الگوی کار و تلاش صادقانه است و بعنوان همان الگوی برتر بتواند در اصلاح امور و در راستای ارتقاء سلامت اداری در خدمت به مردم مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد کار عاشقانه برای نظام یا عاشقانه خدمت کردن می توان تحول ایجاد کرد و برنامه ریزان بسیجی کارهای بزرگی انجام داده اند و برخی به این نتیجه رسیدند که تفکر بسیجی می تواند تحول ایجاد کند سرهنگ انصاری به بحث بصیریت سیاسی و فرهنگی و اجتماعی در بسیج کارمندان اشاره نمودند که لازمه مقابله با تهدیدات جنگ نرم با دشمنان و سفارشات مقام معظم رهبری بصیرت و بینش هو شیاری بسیجیان این قشر فر هیخته از جامعه است .
سرهنگ انصاری هشدار داده اند که گروهی برای اینکه بتوانند به مقاصد شوم خود در جامعه برسند با عناوین ساختگی مانند اینکه در شهرکرد موضوع روزخواری در انظار رو به افزایش است و یا اینکه افرایش بی حجابی در جامعه گسترش یافته و افزایش خرافات در جامعه و آثار و علائم شیطان پرستی در استان به ترویج ائیین زرتشت در استان اشاره نمود که هوشیاری بسیجیان و عوامل نظارتی را بیش از همه زمانها را می طلبد
در ادامه مراسم اقای یزدانی مسئول بسیج مقاومت اب و فاضلاب استان ضمن تبریک بمناسبت ایام ماه رمضان دستیابی کشور به فن آوری و تجهیزات دفاعی که مایه غرور ملت ایران است اشاره نمودند و به عملکرد سازمان اب و فاضلاب استان و بسیجیان این سازمان در دستیابی به اهداف اداره متبوع نیز بیان نمودند در پایان عرایض اقای مهندس یزدانی خصوصیات بسیجی واقعی را در 18 بند عنوان نمودند که مورد تایید حاضرین قرار گرفت از جمله تقوا – رضا و قضا – تسلیم – بندگی – اخلاص – تواضع – ایثار – شهادت طلبی – حق گوئی – حق پذیری – سرسختی با دشمنان – مهربانی با دوستان – حلم و بردباری – دشمنی با کفار – گذشت - فریاد رس مظلومان - اعتقاد به ولایت .. ...

در قسمت پایانی حضرت حجه السلام والمسلمین حاج اقا همتیان به اهمیت وماه رمضان اشارات داشته اند و عنوان فرمودند که انشالله که همه کارها و عملمان و انچه می گوئیم و می نویسیم برای رضای حق تعالی باشد ایشان یاد و خاطر شهدای هفته دولت شهید رجائی و باهنر را که الگوی از دولتمردان دینی است تمجید نمودند حاج اقا همتیان اشاره نمودند که در شب معراج حضرت محمد رسول خدا آثار و تبعات روزه را از خداوند سوال می فرمایند ما میراث الثوم روزه داری چه اثری دارد روزه چه نقشی در زندگی دارد الثوم یورت الحکمه روزه حکمت را به ارمغان می اورد حکمت یعنی حساب معقول زندگی در پرتو عقل و منطق حکمت یعنی حرف زدن بر اساس تعقل و اندیشه صحیح حکمت یعنی خیر کثیر و خیر فراوان الحمه یورث المعرفه تعقل پیدا شد زندگی حکیمانه پیدا شد نتیجه این زندگی معرفت است شما صالح نمی شوید مگر اینکه با معرفت بشوید بعثت پیامبر از روی معرفت است معرفت تورث الیقین یقین یعنی علم به معلوم و خلاف ان محال است مانند این که الان روز است و شما علم دارید که روز است و یقین دارید که شب نیست و یقین نهایت ایمان و اعتقاد انسان بخدا است و هیچ چیزی در راستای تزلزل به یقین کارائی ندارد و روزه و اثار و تبعات روزه بسی بزرگ و ارزشمند است که انسان اگر به ماهیت و ارزش روزه پی ببرد از خداوند می خواهد که همه سال روزه باشد
مومن مانند کوه استوار است و هیچ حادثه ای ان را لرزان نمی کند تفکر بسیجی تفکر ناب است مدینه فاضله است این تعبیر امام راحل بسیج شجره طیبه است همه انبیاء بسیجی بودند چون در مسیر و راه بسیجیان راه خدا است و بسیجیان دین خدا را یاری می کنند و قومی که خدا می اورد و دین خدا را حمایت می کنند اینها کسانی نیستند چون قوم سلمان و این افتخار ایرانیان است
در پایان اقای غلامی به بسیجیان برتر در ادارت را معرفی و لوح یاد بودی تقدیم این عزیزان نمود ودر اداره کل منابع طبیعی حاج حیدر کرمی و علی اصغر رحمیان و اقای رفیعی بعنوان بسیجی برتر معرفی شدند . در پایان با صلوات حاضرین مراسم به پایان رسید
